April 4, 2022 – A major Uptown Dallas development is set for a June groundbreaking thanks to a new tenant and funding.
Granite Properties has been working on plans for its 23Springs office tower across from the Crescent for almost four years.
The 26-story tower would replace three small office buildings at the corner of Cedar Springs Road and Maple Avenue.
Bank OZK — formerly Bank of the Ozarks — just signed a lease for more than 110,000 square feet of space in the project and will provide construction financing for the development.
