Granite Properties and Third & Urban are the latest real estate companies adding the adaptive reuse projects to their portfolios. The new partnership will revitalize two warehouses in a rapidly changing industrial area on the southern edge of Atlanta’s Upper Westside, a group of neighborhoods generally stretching from Moore’s Mill to Huff Road.

The buildings at 1218 and 1236 Menlo Drive will be converted into 80,000 square feet of creative “flex” projects for tenants that need both office and warehouse space. The properties date back to 1964 and have been owned by Inland Fresh Seafood.
