Newport Beach, CA – August 5, 2020 – Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today that Signature Bank (Nasdaq: SBNY) a New York-based full-service commercial bank, has signed a 10-year lease for more than 11,000 square feet at Granite’s 100 Bayview in Newport Beach. Signature Bank has opened a private client banking office at the six-story, 346,335 square foot, Class-A office building, located on 100 Bayview Circle.
Signature Bank was represented by Michael Weiner, Senior Vice President and Nathan Pellow, Senior Executive Vice President of Colliers International and Granite was represented by Dean Chandler, Senior Vice President and Justin Hill, Senior Vice President of CBRE.

Granite acquired 100 Bayview in September 2018, and recently completed a building improvement program to enhance the customer experience and foster collaboration and productivity. THE LOUNGE, a three-story atrium-style lobby with an abundance of natural light and indoor vegetation was upgraded and connects to a new landscaped patio called THE YARD with a variety of seating options for indoor and outdoor meetings, networking or a quiet space to focus on work. Granite renovated its MOVE fitness center and added an outdoor yoga deck, introduced fitness classes (now being taught online), a complementary bike program and outdoor activities like table tennis. In March of this year, Granite brought modern coffee shop Stereoscope Coffee Co. to the building, which has quickly become well known for their single origin coffee and 3D ceiling art experience. 100 Bayview also features custom murals by local artists and is Wired Gold Certified offering superior connectivity.
Signature Bank established operations on the West Coast in 2017 in San Francisco, and is now expanding its operations throughout Northern and Southern California, with the opening of four new private client banking offices. These new offices span 15 private client banking teams and 45 professionals. The Bank’s West Coast operations now include 60+ banking professionals across 19 teams.

The detailed guide explains the new protocols for enhanced sanitation, social distancing, PPE, elevator capacity, entry and exit from the buildings, air quality and shared amenity spaces. 100 Bayview has also installed the self-cleaning NanoSeptic buttons throughout the building in elevators and on the entry and restroom doors.
100 Bayview offers an activated campus environment located five minutes from John Wayne Airport with immediate access to key freeways.
